Safari Boat Alia Soul

It won’t be long until we can introduce you to our newest project live – Alia Soul, our premium safari boat! With an impressive length of 35.25 meters, a width of 7.5 meters, and a total of 10 spacious cabins, Alia Soul offers the perfect setting for unforgettable and exclusive adventures at sea.

We are working intensively on the conversion of the boat: Even more spacious cabins, larger bathrooms and an extension of the hull to create space for a spacious platform, a first-class dive deck and generous sun decks. All work is expected to be completed by mid-March 2025.

In addition to comfort and service, the safety of our guests is our top priority: equipped with the modern ENOS system, fire warning and extinguishing systems, life rafts, oxygen, a defibrillator and even a separate medical treatment room, we will ensure that you can enjoy your trip without any worries.

Our first tours will start in March 2025 – from 8-day discovery tours to exciting 3-day trips that will take you north, south and all the way to the Sudanese border. We will keep you up to date and look forward to welcoming you on board soon!

FAQ - Frequently asked questions

You probably still have lots of questions – we’ll try to give you all the answers here!

Before the journey

To participate in one of our liveaboards, you should have completed a full diving course and have at least 30 logged dives. The last dive should have taken place no more than one year ago. It is at the discretion of the dive guide to adapt the safari tour according to the level of training and experience of the participants. In accordance with the guidelines of the Chamber of Diving and Watersports, all guests are required to complete and sign a health declaration form prior to departure. If one or more of the above medical conditions apply to you, it is advisable to consult a doctor to check your fitness to dive. For the Egyptian authorities, the diving fitness certificate should not be older than one year. This guideline applies regardless of the age of the participant.
It is advisable to complete a check dive at one of our ORCA Dive Clubs before the start of the safari.

If you have not booked a single cabin, you will share a cabin (with separate beds) with another person. As a rule, we ensure that the sexes are separated and occupy our cabins accordingly.
If you book a single bed without a single cabin supplement, a cabin other than the one booked may be made available.

Individual items of equipment or even complete diving equipment can be provided on board for an additional charge. As we do not have an equipment store on board our ship, we ask you to contact us in advance to let us know the sizes etc. you require.

During the safari, courses and/or speciality courses (e.g. Nitrox, wreck or deep diving) can be taken on board. We ask you to inform us in advance if you would like to continue your diving training during your diving safari and complete a course on board.

Normally our liveaboards are accompanied by 2 guides. If you would like to have a specific guide because you already know one of our guides, please let us know and we will endeavour to accommodate your request.
